The Patch notes for v1.11 were released on December 12th, 2013 on the Hammer and Chisel forums. The Patch notes included the following changes:

  • Elroc Elroc, The Angry Bard: The following changes were made to Elroc:
    • Thrashinganger Thrashing Anger:
      • Active duration changed to 10 at all levels from 6/7/8/9/10
      • Bonus damage changed from 20/40/60/80/100 to 20/30/40/50/60
      • Now resets auto attack cooldown on cast (like May's "Weak Spot Shot.")
      • Cooldown set to 20 seconds at all levels.
    • Banginbluebombs Bangin' Blue Bombs:
      • Can now damage structures. Damage to structures is halved.
    • Slowroller Slow Roller:
      • Travel time is faster
      • Distance traveled is longer.

Relics[]

  • Decimate Decimate:
    • Increased damage percentage now only effects jungle critters.
    • Damage increase percentage reduced from 15% to 10%
    • Cooldown increased from 55 to 60
  • Rush Rush:
    • Active time increased from 5 to 8 seconds
    • Active movement speed bonus increased from 23
  • Safeguard Safeguard:
    • Active time increased from 3 to 5 seconds
  • Fireandfury Fire and Fury:
    • Active time increased from 5 to 8 seconds
    • Cooldown reduced from 200 to 185
  • Coldandconcentrated Cold and Concentrated:
    • Active time increased from 5 to 8 seconds
  • Restoration Restoration:
    • Cooldown reduced from 180 to 165
  • Mindfulness Mindfulness:
    • Passive mana restore per kill increased from 2 to 5
  • Vitality Vitality:
    • Cooldown reduced from 240 to 220
  • Purge Purge:
    • Cooldown reduced from 170 to 120

  • Jadegreaves Jade Greaves
    • Now requires Squires Armor instead of Jade Armor
    • Purchase cost increased to 360 from 285
    • Armor reduced from 45 to 35
  • Icymanipulator Icy Manipulator
    • Added 15% Cooldown Reduction
    • Reduced Maximum Health provided from 500 to 350
    • Reduced Spell Power provided from 80 to 65
    • Purchase price reduced from 700 to 570
    • Now builds from Vitalizer instead of Orb of Health
  • Fluxmail Fluxmail
    • Purchase cost increased from 435 to 750
    • Now requires a Health Gem rather than a Vitalizer
    • Armor increased from 15 to 20
    • Spell Armor increased from 25 to 30
    • No longer has Cooldown Reduction
